Hayley Orrantia, she is an American singer-songwriter and actress. Most people know the name as Erica Goldberg, from the television comedy 'The Goldbergs. She believes that she is the best musician of all. Music, according her, is first thing she loves. Her first time playing the instrument at the age of nine. She began training in professional music when she was 12. In the age of 13, she began writing songs. The first time she recorded an album when she was 14. Since then, she has not stopped since then. Orrantia has been born in the USA but has Hispanic roots. Although she spoke only English throughout her childhood and never been to Mexico Orrantia feels extremely proud of her Hispanic background. Her goal is to preserve it through the creation of Spanish songs, and also studying the language. One such song is "Hasta Verte," which was recorded by her in Spanish. Orrantia was a contestant on The X Factor in 2011. Orrantia auditioned, and was picked by a panel of YouTube videos and got the four "yeses," from judges at Seattle in the live audition stage. Though she initially auditioned in a single performance in "Hollywood Week" the singer, along with three other female vocalists were put into a group for the rest of auditions.
