Summer Bishil

Summer Bishil, an American actor, is famous for portraying Margo Hanson on the Syfy television series "The Magicians" (2015 to present). For the Alan Ball movie 'Towelhead, she played 13-year young Lebanese American teenager Jasira, who goes through a series of personal struggles in the context in the aftermath of U.S. intervention in Iraq during the Gulf War. The film was later chosen in 2007 for a spot on the "Variety 10 actors to watch'. In 2009, she portrayed Taslima an imposing female lead in the film crime drama Crossing Over, which earned her an nomination for the 'Independent Spirit Award,' with the award category "Best Female Lead". The actress has also appeared in movies such as 'Mooz Lum', 'The Last Airbender and 'Pop Star' as well as 'Under The Silver Lake and played several guest roles on television along with her co-lead in 'Lucky 7'.
